We do not accept returns or exchanges as all of our items are made to order. However, this may be reviewed on a case by case basis. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
- If your items arrive damaged, don’t arrive, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement, and include photos of the damage for claims with the shipping carrier. Please also contact your local carrier to follow up on any missing items, as they may be able to quickly tell you where your package is and why it is delayed.
